Our recruiting professionals have worked with AmLaw 100 and AmLaw 200 firms and Fortune 500 corporations to place attorneys in positions throughout the country. We are dedicated to finding top candidates for every position using multiple databases and resources to secure exceptional talent.
Bench & Bar offers hourly recruiting and contingency fee services. We look at every search individually and work with our clients to determine which search option best meets its needs. We also work with clients who are seeking contract attorneys for short-term or long-term projects.
Hourly-Based Recruiting
Our hourly based recruiting is our most requested service. We look at our database of current individuals seeking employment, as well as contact those who are not actively looking, and present them with our client’s opportunity. They are pre-screened and then presented to our clients. We only bill for the hours worked and there is no additional fee if our candidate(s) presented is/are hired.
Contingency Fee
Bench & Bar offers contingency based recruiting services for a percentage of the hire’s starting salary. We find as many candidates as we can that meet your requirements. Each candidate presented is thoroughly pre-screened by our recruiters. Current state bar admission is verified and we secure a copy of the candidate’s transcripts prior to submission for any position. We work with you to schedule interviews and help facilitate the negotiation process as needed.
Contract Attorneys
Many firms are seeking attorneys to assist with short or long term projects. We work together with these firms to find the exact attorney who will excel in the area of need. Bench & Bar handles all the payroll, taxes, etc. and our client is only billed for the hours that the attorney works. Our legal professionals have staffed document reviews and electronic discovery projects in multi-district litigation, class actions, complex litigation and many other cases.
